We aim to reply within two working days. Please don’t send health details unless we need them to fix the problem.
Price. $39.99 a year or $9.99 a month, with 2 weeks free on either plan. The paywall shows the price in your own currency.
Cancel. Apple handles the payment, so you cancel through Apple: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Reko. Cancel at least a day before the trial or the current period ends.
Refunds. We can’t issue refunds, because the payment goes to Apple. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
New phone, or Reko doesn’t know you subscribed. Open the paywall and tap Restore a purchase. Use the same Apple Account you paid with.
When a subscription ends. You keep your own record. You can still read everything, but you can’t add to it until you subscribe again.
Where it lives. Everything you record stays on your iPhone unless you turn on backup. If you delete Reko without a backup or an export, your record is gone, and we can’t recover it.
Backup and a second phone. In Reko, tap the gear on the Log screen, then Backup & sync, and sign in with Apple. On a new phone, sign in with the same Apple Account and your history comes back.
Export. Gear → Export & import saves your record as a file you keep. It is part of the subscription; if yours has ended, write to us and we will send you a copy of your data.
Delete your account. Gear → Backup & sync → Delete account. This erases your account and everything stored for it on our server. What’s on your phone stays until you delete the app.
To change what Reko can read or write, open the Health app, tap your picture, then Apps, then Reko.
If reminders don’t arrive, open the Settings app → Notifications → Reko and check they’re allowed. A Focus mode can also hold them back.
